Our process
Domusea identifies land from ordnance mapping services. We then write to the landowners who may or may not know their property has development potential.
Once you have received a letter from us, we are happy to meet with you to explain the development potential and how the process can work to suit your individual circumstances. This will be at a time convenient to yourselves and is completely obligation free.
After we have visited your property and assessed the possibilities, we hope to be able to make you an offer. This offer will undoubtedly be in excess of the existing market value of your property.
If you accept our offer, we will cover the costs of planning consent and reasonably-priced legal fees.
